UNSW in Sydney is seeking a Teaching Support Admin Officer in the School of Civil & Environmental Engineering. The role oversees teaching timetables, exams, grading processes, and casual academic onboarding, reporting to the School Manager with a dotted line to the TSA Team Leader.

The Teaching Support Administration Officer is a central role in the Education portfolio in Engineering, overseeing the administration of teaching timetables, exams, results, casual academics and general academic support. The role will work closely with the Team Leaders, Academic Program Authorities and Course Convenors to support the administration of undergraduate and postgraduate programs and courses. The role of Teaching Support Administration Officer reports to the School Manager, Civil and Environmental Engineering with a dotted line to the TSA Team Leader and has no direct reports.
