Key Responsibilities

• Compile detailed job descriptions in partnership with consultants and clients
• Manage job postings across platforms including Bullhorn, SEEK, and Idibu
• Maintain clear communication with clients and candidates throughout the process
• Oversee workload and performance of coordinators, providing guidance and support
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all documentation
• Conduct database searches and shortlist candidates using Bullhorn, SEEK, and LinkedIn

About You

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, or within a sales-focused or sales administration position (e.g., recruitment, real estate)
• Ability to work in high-volume environments
• Strong relationship building skills
• Highly proactive, with a solutions-focused attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Experience with Bullhorn CRM highly regarded
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as SEEK, LinkedIn, and Idibu is a plus
