Job summary

Seymour Whyte is seeking an experienced Structures Supervisor to oversee structural construction on a major dam safety upgrade in the Toowoomba Region. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage fronts, monitor performance and ensure delivery to quality, schedule and budget.

Based on site in Biarra, the role offers DIDO and LAFHA benefits and the chance to contribute to a high-profile, technically challenging project with real community impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills for construction teams.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, crews and plant on-site.
• Strong understanding of WHS and quality requirements.
• Experience with pre-starts, toolbox talks and site planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise structural construction activities on large-scale works.
• Oversee delivery of major structural works including concrete and formwork.
• Work with engineers to develop construction programs and sequencing.
• Manage subcontractors, labour, plant and cost information.
• Lead safety culture and ensure compliance with client requirements.
