Job summary

Impact Properties Canberra is seeking a full-time Real Estate Agent to manage a residential property portfolio from listing to settlement in Gungahlin. You will prospect for listings, perform appraisals, create marketing material, host viewings, and guide clients through negotiations and contracts while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will stay updated on Canberra market trends, comply with regulations, and work with conveyancers and brokers to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of property laws.
• Experience with listing, marketing, negotiating, and closing sales.
• Strong sales with lead generation and target achievement.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and online listing platforms.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple properties and deadlines.
• Professional integrity and knowledge of the Gungahlin/Canberra market.
• Valid driver’s license and flexibility to work weekends/evenings.
