Prime Pace Properties in Canberra is expanding its sales team. We are seeking Contract Property Sales Consultants who will own their suburb, build a pipeline, and set earnings ceilings. You will prospect, build relationships, and run property appraisals and open homes across Canberra's suburbs.

The role rewards a negotiable commission structure with strong earning potential, backed by full back-end support and flexible scheduling. This is a genuine business partnership in a growing brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, property, or sales preferred but not mandatory with the right mindset.
• Strong local community connections in the target suburb.
• Holds ACT Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, or pursuing one.
• Comfortable with door knocking, cold calling, and proactive conversations from scratch.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and commission-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting within your assigned suburb through door knocking, cold calling, and community engagement.
• Building relationships with homeowners, investors, and potential vendors.
• Booking and conducting property appraisals with the Principal.
• Running open homes and managing buyer enquiries.
• Growing your presence as the go-to property professional in your local area.
