Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to contribute to multiple projects from establishment to handover, with on-site presence in Sydney CBD three days a week. You will support project delivery, cost control, risk management and vendor coordination under senior guidance.

The role requires hands-on experience in heritage/building conservation, roof/façade works, interior refurbishments, and active site management. A relevant degree and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing heritage and conservation projects.
• Experience delivering projects in live, occupied environments.
• Proven ability to manage active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monthly project deliverables are completed, including plans, reports, budgets and meetings.
• Manage and forecast expenditure to stay within budget.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and workers to achieve project goals.
• Prepare WHSP and SWMS and manage safety compliance.
