Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support delivery of multiple projects across stages from initiation to handover. You will work under the guidance of senior leaders and coordinate with clients, consultants and vendors to drive successful outcomes.

The role requires a sound understanding of building services and experience with project management or managing contractor models, with a focus on delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree and related experience in project or construction management.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple project phases with guidance from seniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across initiation to handover for multiple projects.
• Prepare and maintain project delivery plans, status and cost reports.
• Chair weekly project meetings and issue agendas/minutes.
• Coordinate with vendors/consultants ensuring contract compliance.
• Identify risks, manage budgets and stakeholder expectations.
