The core duty is to provide administrative support to the project team, including maintaining master lists and timesheets and validating sign-on data. The successful candidate will coordinate crew changes, new starters, and classification updates to ensure smooth

• Provide administrative support to the project team.
• Maintain the Project Master List and Timesheet / Sign On Master including new starters, changes in classifications, demobilisations and crew changes.
• Cross reference daily sign-on sheets to timesheets and validation.
