Seymour Whyte Constructions is seeking an Administrator to join the Toogoolawah project team on a major dam safety and flood resilience upgrade. You will support site teams, engineers and stakeholders, keeping information organised and processes running smoothly.

Based on site in Biarra, the role offers a generous project uplift, a supportive team environment and the chance to contribute to a highly complex infrastructure project.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administration role.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage priorities.
• High level of accuracy when handling documentation.
• Confident in using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project records, registers and controlled documentation.
• Ensure project information is current and easily accessible.
• Assist with document control, reporting and compliance requirements.
• Support administration of project activities and documentation.
