Job summary

Poolwerx Corporation Pty Ltd in the Greater Sydney Area is seeking a dedicated Pool Technician to perform routine maintenance on residential and commercial pools. You will test water, balance chemicals, clean systems, and inspect equipment to ensure safety and quality standards.

You will visit client sites, communicate clearly with customers, document services, and escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialists. Some installation or minor repairs and stock management may be required.

Qualifications

• Practical pool servicing skills including water testing and chemical balancing.
• Ability to inspect and diagnose common pool equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for client interaction.
• Adherence to safety procedures and accurate service records.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between Sydney sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance at residential and commercial sites.
• Test water quality, balance chemicals, clean systems and check equipment.
• Visit client sites, diagnose issues and provide clear advice on pool care.
• Document services performed and report complex problems to supervisors or specialists.
• Assist with installation or minor repair of pool equipment and support inventory of chemicals and parts.
