Job summary

Poolwerx in Sydney is expanding its mobile pool servicing team. As a servicing technician you will clean pools and spas in residential environments and deliver quality service to clients.

No pool industry experience is required; excellent on-the-job training is provided. There is potential to progress into more senior duties such as troubleshooting, equipment installations and working on commercial pools.

Qualifications

• Experience in the pool industry is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent on-the-job training is provided.
• Ability to liaise with clients and provide quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clean pools and spas in residential environments.
• Progress into a senior role based on performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations.
• Equipment installations and working with complex equipment in commercial environments.
• Provide quality customer service and support in the field.
• Water testing using leading edge technology.
• Complete sales and marketing activities whilst in the field.
