Job summary

Suburban Pool Care Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Residential Pool Service Technician to service clients across Sydney’s North Shore and Northern Beaches. You’ll perform regular pool/spa servicing, test and balance water chemistry, and handle algae treatments with your own daily run and a company-provided Ford ute, tools and training.

The role emphasizes reliability, professionalism and excellent customer communication, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing residential pools.
• Solid knowledge of water chemistry, chlorinators, pumps, filters and cleaners.
• Able to diagnose common pool equipment issues without supervision.
• Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently.
• Friendly, professional and good with customers.
• Comfortable using a phone app for notes, photos and scheduling.
• Physically capable of lifting equipment and handling pool chemicals safely.

Responsibilities

• Regular residential pool and spa servicing.
• Water testing, balancing and chemical treatments.
• Green pool recovery and algae treatment.
• Cleaning, vacuuming, brushing and maintaining pool equipment.
• Identifying and troubleshooting common equipment faults.
• Taking service notes and photos via Pooltrackr.
• Communicating professionally with customers.
• Flagging repairs and supporting customer satisfaction.
