Job summary

Poolwerx Bathurst is seeking a motivated Pool & Spa Service Technician to join our local team. No experience required; on-the-job training and a traineeship may be available for the right applicant.

The role is full-time based in Bathurst (NSW 2795) serving residential and commercial clients across the area. You will install, maintain and repair pools and spas, test water, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications and experience, if available, as a Pool & Spa Service Technician.
• Knowledge of water testing and chemical treatments is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose and repair pool and spa equipment.

Responsibilities

• Providing professional installation, maintenance and repair services for pools and spas.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing effective solutions.
• Performing routine water testing, chemical treatments and equipment inspections.
• Advising clients on the optimal operation and maintenance of their pool or spa.
• Maintaining detailed records and job reports.

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively
• A clean driving licence and the ability to travel to client sites
• A team-oriented approach and commitment to workplace health and safety
