Job summary

Cleanaway is Australia’s leader in sustainable waste management and services. The Operations On-Site Coordinator will work on our Riverstone (Scanline) team to coordinate daily oil collection and recycling services, collaborating with drivers and internal teams to ensure efficient delivery and safety.

You will optimise resources, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities across scheduling, stock movements and fleet management.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics, scheduling or operational coordination within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
• Experience using GPS tracking, fleet management or scheduling systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse operational data and prepare reports for informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily collection schedules and review driver updates to ensure timely services.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales and Operations to meet new customer requirements and replacements.
• Review collection frequencies to maximise fleet efficiency and service delivery.
• Coordinate outgoing stock movements and monitor inventory levels to support operations.
• Manage fleet allocation, vehicle maintenance schedules and driver training.
• Monitor KPI reporting and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Liaise with subcontractors in regional areas to ensure service maintenance.
