Job summary

Primary Connect is seeking an Injury Care Partner to guide team members through recovery, deliver injury management strategies, and lead return-to-work initiatives within a hybrid working setup.

You will own your portfolio of claims, coordinate with Line Leaders, a TPA, and healthcare providers to drive RTW plans and compliance, while mentoring operational teams and reporting on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience handling workers' compensation and injury management end-to-end.
• Understanding return-to-work and rehabilitation practices.
• Knowledge of self-insurance regimes, requirements and practices.
• Ability to manage casework independently within a team.
• Allied health qualifications preferred (OT/EP/Physio).

Responsibilities

• Guide team members through recovery with injury management and RTW plans.
• Own portfolio and caseload with early intervention and claims coordination.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive claims management and RTW plans.
• Provide training and mentoring to operational teams on RTW and compliance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports aligned to metrics.
