Job summary

Atom Resources in Somersby, NSW is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial, engineering and manufacturing projects. Based on-site, you will manage full project lifecycles, coordinate fabrication, installation, and commissioning, develop schedules, manage budgets and stakeholder relationships.

The role requires PMP/PRINCE2/AIPM preferred, strong commercial skills, and ability to handle multiple projects safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in industrial, engineering, manufacturing or construction environments.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from commencement to completion.
• Coordinate manufacturing, installation and commissioning activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee risk management, project reporting and documentation.
• Liaise with engineering, production, quality and sales teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and project outcomes.
