Job summary

Amida Recruitment represents a renowned construction project management consultancy hiring an experienced Project Manager to deliver a large-scale industrial/new-build project in Sydney.

You will manage client relationships, oversee feasibility studies, risk management, procurement, cost reporting and handover, with base build exposure and strong contract administration. The role requires 3–7+ years' experience, a tertiary qualification, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
• Minimum 3 to 5 years+ experience within the construction industry
• Superintendent skills
• Proven knowledge of contract administration and base build construction
• Strong negotiation skills
• Sound understanding of overall construction programmes and plans
• Able to identify key client and builder obligations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport at all levels
• Advanced computer literacy
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
