Job summary

Atom Resources in Somersby, NSW is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial, engineering and manufacturing projects. Based on-site, you will manage full project lifecycles, coordinate fabrication, installation, and commissioning, develop schedules, manage budgets and stakeholder relationships.

The role requires PMP/PRINCE2/AIPM preferred, strong commercial skills, and ability to handle multiple projects safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in industrial, engineering, manufacturing or construction environments.
• Strong commercial and financial management skills.

About the Role

Due to continued growth and project demand, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join the team based in Somersby.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from commencement to completion

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within industrial, engineering, manufacturing or construction environments
• Mechanical, HVAC, heavy industrial or related engineering background
• Experience managing projects involving fabrication, manufacturing, installation or commissioning
• Strong commercial and financial management skills
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Project Management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AIPM or similar (preferred)

Highly Desirable

• HVAC or industrial cooling experience
• Supplier-side manufacturing project experience
• Experience working within heavy engineering or industrial infrastructure sectors
