Michael Page is seeking a Technical Service Engineer for a market-leading HVAC brand based in Perth, WA. In this permanent role you will provide on-site installation, maintenance and technical support for retail clients, troubleshoot issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
The ideal candidate holds engineering qualifications, has hands-on experience with air‑conditioning systems, can travel with a valid licence, and will contribute to ongoing service delivery.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or related field.
- Hands-on experience in technical servicing, maintenance, or installation.
- Strong understanding of air-conditioning systems and related technologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for clients in the retail sector.
- Deliver on-site installation and maintenance services for air-conditioning systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service quality.
- Conduct technical training sessions for clients and internal staff.
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during all operations.
- Assist in developing technical solutions for customers' specific needs.
- Monitor and improve the performance of installed systems.
