Job summary

MCAS is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our Perth team. You will service, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires travel throughout the Perth region and offers ongoing training and a balanced lifestyle. The ideal candidate has at least Certificate III in HVAC (or IV) with multiple years of Australian experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications and company standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Perform routine inspections and testing of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate service and repairs, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications and company standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of HVAC systems.

Requirements:

• Qualification requirements is a Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or Certificate IV
• 3 years of full time experience may substitute the need for a formal qualification
• At least 12 months of relevant Australian experience is required as a HVAC technician
• Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems, including service, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong understanding of electrical and refrigeration concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Valid HVAC technician license/certification Restricted electrical license.
• This role will require you to travel throughout the Perth region.
