CMS Engineering is seeking a qualified HVAC Service Technician to join our Perth team and keep critical building systems operating safely and efficiently. You will perform service calls, repairs, fault finding and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC and mechanical building services, working with Service Managers and site teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• ARC Refrigerant Handling licence is essential.
• Restricted Electrical Licence is essential.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence is essential.
• Full working rights in Australia are essential.
• White Card is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service calls, repairs, fault finding and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose issues and implement safe, effective solutions.
• Complete digital service reports and safety documentation accurately.
