Job summary

Clough is delivering WA’s landmark Project Ceres urea plant and is seeking an HSE Advisor to join the team on a 19:9 or 14:7 site rotation. You will ensure operations comply with regulations, lead incident investigations, and promote a proactive safety culture across the project.

Reporting to the HSE Lead, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, deliver HSSE training, and support continuous improvement of the HSSE management system on a flagship construction project in Western

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HSSE advisory role within oil & gas or major projects.
• Strong knowledge of national/regional HSSE regulations and standards.
• Experience leading incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Ability to conduct site audits, risk assessments and safety inspections.
• Experience delivering HSSE training and toolbox talks to diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to drive safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the HSSE management system.
• Conduct site audits, inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards.
• Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis.
• Deliver HSSE training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.
• Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across the project.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate HSSE risks and report performance data.
