Job summary

Clough Limited is leading the delivery of WA’s landmark Project Ceres urea plant in Western Australia. We are seeking an HSE Advisor to join the team on a 19:9 rotation to site, reporting to the HSE Lead, promoting a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

You will provide expert HSSE guidance, conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations and deliver trainings to employees and contractors while coordinating with project teams to mitigate

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HSSE advisory role, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of national HSSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s HSSE management system.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis.
• Deliver HSSE training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.
• Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate HSSE risks.
• Prepare reports and present HSSE performance data to management.
