Job summary

Clough, part of a joint venture with Saipem, is delivering the CERES urea plant in Western Australia, a landmark project that will be among the largest in the world. We are seeking an HSE Administrator on a 19:9 OR 14:7 rotation to join the Health, Safety and Environment team.

Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will support the HSE team with compliance, document and record management. Responsibilities include maintaining safety records, assisting with incident investigations, coordinating safety

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar environment highly desirable.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work a 19:9 rotation to site (FIFO).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, incident reports, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with Australian HSE regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Support safety inductions and training programs for site personnel.
• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor safety standards and identify hazards.
• Assist with incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Provide administrative support to the HSE team, including coordinating safety meetings and audits.
