Clough Limited, as part of a joint venture, is delivering the Project Ceres urea plant in Western Australia. We are seeking an HSE Advisor to join the team on a 19:9 rotation to site, reporting to the HSE Lead. You will ensure operations comply with local regulations and promote a proactive safety culture.

You will conduct audits, lead investigations, deliver HSSE training, and collaborate with project teams to mitigate risks while upholding internal policies.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in an HSSE advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of national HSSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in incident investigation and root cause analysis techniques.

Aufgaben

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s HSSE management system.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis.
• Deliver HSSE training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.
• Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate HSSE risks.
• Prepare reports and present HSSE performance data to management.
