Job summary

Clough is recruiting an HSE Advisor to join the WA Project Ceres team on a 19:9 site rotation. You will ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies, provide expert guidance, and promote a proactive safety culture across site operations.

Reporting to the HSE Lead, you will conduct audits, lead incidents investigations, and deliver training to employees and contractors while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to mitigate HSSE risks.

Qualifications

• Experience in HSSE advisory roles, preferably in oil & gas.
• Strong knowledge of national HSSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the HSSE management system.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis.
• Deliver HSSE training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.
• Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate HSSE risks.
• Prepare reports and present HSSE performance data to management.
