Job summary

Acciona Cobra Joint Venture is seeking a dedicated Safety Coordinator to provide hands-on HSE support on a central-west NSW construction site. You will embed safe working practices and support the team when it matters most, ensuring safety compliance across daily activities.

You will bring 2+ years on large-scale projects, a Cert IV in WHS, and a proactive safety culture. The role offers bus-in, bus-out arrangements with on-site camp facilities on a 14 days on/7 days off roster.

Qualifications

• You're an HSE professional who can operate on a large, fast-moving construction site.
• Experience on renewable energy projects or high-risk environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate HSE requirements on site.
• Monitor day-to-day activities for safety compliance.
• Report key issues to the Safety Manager.
• Assist incident investigations and follow-up reports.
• Lead toolbox talks and daily pre-start briefings.
• Participate in WHS audits and ensure corrective actions.
