Job summary

Lendlease is seeking multiple Senior EHS Coordinators to join our NSW project teams, driving EHS performance on site and ensuring compliance with Lendlease safety protocols. You will lead safety on construction sites, identify issues, and implement training initiatives to improve safety outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have prior Safety Coordinator/EHS experience, knowledge of local regulations, and the ability to engage stakeholders across on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as Safety Coordinator/Advisor or EHS role in construction
• Knowledge of local health and safety legislation and requirements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EH&S paperwork, reporting and compliance administration.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety programs to fulfil contractual obligations.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and technical guidance.
• Maintain accurate EHS records, registers and reporting systems.
