SunRice Group in the Riverina is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Environment Advisor to join our Leeton operations. This hands-on, site-focused role strengthens safety capability and builds a proactive safety culture across Leeton and Deniliqin sites.

You’ll monitor work activities, conduct safety walks, coach leaders and contractors, and engage with staff. Expect ~20–30% travel across sites and a strong emphasis on practical risk management and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety is required.
• 2–3 years’ experience in health, safety, wellbeing or environmental role.
• Experience in manufacturing, agriculture or high-risk operations is advantageous.
• Experience with incident investigations and safety management systems a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a visible presence across Leeton and Deniliquin sites.
• Conduct routine site monitoring and safety walks; follow up risks and actions.
• Provide practical safety, wellbeing and environmental advice to leaders and staff.
• Coach and influence frontline leaders to meet safety duties and controls.
• Intervene to stop unsafe work and explain the rationale for controls.
• Lead or participate in risk assessments and incident investigations for learning.
