SunRice Leeton site is seeking an experienced Site Logistics Manager to lead warehouse, export, distribution and inventory operations. You will oversee a large operational team and drive safe, efficient movement of products across Australia and international markets. This key leadership role focuses on warehousing, transport, stock control and continuous improvement to support SunRice's global supply chain.

• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site and legislative requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and integrity through robust stock management processes.
• Manage export operations, shipping ~6,000 containers annually.
• Oversee transport planning, container management and fumigation activities.
• Lead stocktakes, cycle counts and inventory reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost safety, efficiency and service levels.
• Manage supplier and contractor relationships, including MHE providers.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve warehouse and logistics performance.
• Daily train logistics management for export containers.

We're looking for an experienced Site Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse, export, distribution and inventory operations at our Leeton site. This is a key leadership position with responsibility for a large operational team, critical export activities and the safe, efficient movement of products across Australia and international markets.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Logistics & Customer Service Director, you'll oversee all warehouse, logistics and inventory management activities across our Leeton Mill warehouses and Wamoon Avenue Distribution Centre.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading warehouse, transport and inventory operations across multiple sites
• Managing a team of approximately 50 employees through four direct reports
• Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all site and legislative requirements
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and integrity through robust stock management processes
• Managing export operations, including the shipment of approximately 6,000 containers annually
• Overseeing transport planning, container management and fumigation activities
• Leading stocktakes, cycle counting programs and inventory reporting
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, efficiency and service levels
• Managing supplier and contractor relationships, including material handling equipment providers
• Providing strategic recommendations to improve warehouse and logistics performance
• Daily train logistics management for export containers

• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Highly regarded

• SAP experience
• Food manufacturing, supply chain or FMCG experience
• Knowledge of food safety and quality systems
• Experience in transport, export or container operations
• Understanding of fumigation or quarantine processes
