Leed is seeking an HSE Advisor to join our site-based team on South Australia’s leading civil infrastructure projects. You will provide practical health, safety and environmental guidance to project teams and work closely with Supervisors, subcontractors and crews to proactively manage risks.
The role focuses on visible safety leadership in the field, conducting inspections, delivering toolbox talks and driving continuous safety improvement across projects.

As the HSE Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting frontline operations across active construction projects whilst assisting the HSE Manager in the implementation and continual improvement of health, safety, and environmental systems.
This is a site-based role focused on providing visible safety leadership in the field. You will work closely with Supervisors, Leading Hands, subcontractors and construction crews to proactively manage health, safety, environmental, and operational risks.
This position will suit someone who enjoys being present in the field, is highly motivated, confident communicating with both frontline workers and leadership teams, and passionate about influencing positive safety outcomes through practical leadership, coaching and proactive engagement.
The successful candidate will be subject to the satisfactory completion of pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening.
