Job summary

Phillip Island Hot Springs is developing a world-class wellness destination on the Phillip Island site. The Facilities Manager will lead a dynamic team responsible for facilities, maintenance, water systems and ground operations, ensuring the venue operates safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in facilities, engineering or asset management in hospitality, aquatic, wellness or tourism.
• Strong technical knowledge of building services and plant, including aquatic systems.
• Sound budgeting, procurement and contractor management.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead a proactive, collaborative team.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety, compliance and risk management.
• Experience overseeing operations during commissioning and handover is advantageous.
