Job summary

Responsibilities include managing budgets and inventory, staff recruitment and training, and collaboration with Marketing and Operations to optimise store presence and event delivery. A dynamic, athlete‑focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience; apparel/event industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong coaching and people management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Energetic, team-oriented with high integrity.
• Valid driver’s licence and passport.
• First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check.
• High-risk licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup and delivery of event merchandise stores at events.
• Manage on-site merchandise resources and inventory control.
• Drive sales through visual merchandising and customer service.
• Recruit, hire, and train temporary on-site staff; payroll paperwork.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations on event plans.
• Operate POS system; coordinate with finance for deposits and reconciliations.
• Achieve shrink goals via cycle counts and loss prevention.
• Prepare detailed post-event store debriefs.
