Qualifications

• 3–5 years progressive experience in event planning, conference services, or catering.
• Experience managing multiple large, complex events simultaneously.
• CMP designation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact after the event space is booked, coordinating planning to post-event.
• Conduct pre-conference planning meetings to understand vision, objectives, and requirements.
• Review meeting space and guide space assignment and guest experience.
