The Event Manager will be the main client contact after booking, coordinating planning through post-event delivery and ensuring a high-quality experience for clients and attendees.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in event planning, conference services, or catering.
• Experience managing multiple large, complex events simultaneously.
• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary client contact after the event space is booked and manage planning to post-event.
• Conduct pre-conference meetings to understand vision, objectives and needs.
• Coordinate load-in, setup, strike schedules, and oversee third-party providers.
• Oversee on-site execution to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Prepare event-related documentation and post-event reporting.
