Job summary

FIRST is a leading global brand experience agency delivering end-to-end event services. The Event Service Specialist will be the primary on-site contact, coordinating with event managers, service partners and client teams to ensure flawless execution across catering, AV, security, transportation and room setup.

You will manage multiple events, travel between spaces, and support planning from small to large-scale engagements.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English.
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• On-site position; travel across campus as required.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary on-site contact for events, coordinating with event managers and service partners.
• Manage event logistics across spaces, including catering, AV, security and room setup.
• Support post-event reporting and data collection to improve future events.
• Provide on-site guest services support, check-in, wayfinding and information.
