Job summary

Assurant is seeking an IT Support specialist to ensure the stability and efficiency of end-user computer systems and infrastructure. You will conduct research on new technologies for practical applications to business problems and strategic initiatives.

The role requires handling incidents, supporting on-site users, and coordinating with Networking, Security, and Collaboration teams. A 3-year minimum in Level 1/2 support and relevant certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 services.
• Familiarity with Azure, Intune, AD/LDAP and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 IT end-user support via phone, chat, and onsite.
• Log, classify and prioritise incidents in ITSM tools.
• Troubleshoot Windows login, VPN, Wi‑Fi, printers, and MS 365 apps.
