You will provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Azure in hybrid setups.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in systems administration and infrastructure support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
• Good experience with Microsoft 365.
• Strong Windows Server and Windows desktop/SOE knowledge.
• Experience with Azure and Entra ID.
• Active Directory and Group Policy experience.
• Exposure to Intune and/or Autopilot.
