Job summary

Assurant is seeking an IT Support professional to ensure stable and secure end-user compute services and infrastructure. You will investigate new technologies and support core business functions across on-site operations in Australia.

Responsibilities include incident handling, password resets, software installs, and coordinating with networking and security teams to maintain VPN and Azure AD access. The role requires on-site work five days a week in rotating 7am–5pm shifts, with a focus on

Qualifications

Degree or tertiary qualification in computer systems engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Level 1/Level 2 support role.
Experience in warehousing, transport or logistics environments advantageous.
Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure and AD/LDAP.
Familiarity with Azure, Intune and IT security tooling.
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage several small to medium-scale IT projects across the business.
Act as primary contact for end-users via phone, chat, email and onsite support.
Log, classify and prioritise incidents/requests in ServiceNow.
Fulfill requests: password resets, software installs via endpoint management, hardware setup.
Resolve escalated incidents and diagnose hardware/software conflicts.
Coordinate with Networking, Security and Collaboration teams on VPN, SSO/MFA, Azure AD and conditional access.
Support site moves/outages including IT cabling and rack equipment.
