Reboot Monkey seeks a Data Center Technician in St Leonards, Australia. This full-time, on-site role supports critical infrastructure at world-class data centers, requires 3+ years in data center operations, and offers growth through certifications and professional development.

Responsibilities include server/network maintenance, cabling, incident response, and documentation, with on-call rotation and night/weekend differentials as applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
