You will install, configure, and maintain servers and networking gear, perform active cabling, monitor power and cooling, respond to incidents, and document assets. Must have 3+ years in data center operations; on-site with on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills with Cat6/6a and fiber.
• On-site, full-time role in Coffs Harbour.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot.
• Maintain documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
