Job summary

Exemplo Constructions, a Melbourne-based commercial builder, is seeking a Contract Administrator to join our tight-knit team. You’ll gain genuine site-based exposure and work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager on live projects across education, health and community sectors.

We value strong analytical, detail-oriented professionals with 3–5 years’ experience and a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, QS or Construction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in a similar Contract Administrator role.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction.
• Strong analytical skills and a methodical, detail-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to pick up different tasks in a small team.
• Construction Induction (White) Card and First Aid Certificate.
• Current driver's licence and own vehicle (site travel required).

Responsibilities

• Contract administration and site coordination from planning through to completion.
• Developing and monitoring budget forecasts, flagging risks early.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and consultants to keep projects moving.
• Attending site meetings and providing admin support to the delivery team.
• Working closely with Project Manager and Site Manager on each project.
