Job summary

Siteforce Recruitment is seeking a Contract Administrator for a major commercial construction program in Sydney, NSW. This role works closely with the Project Manager and delivery team to manage contracts, procurement and cost reporting on large-scale projects.

You will join an established national builder with a strong project pipeline, supportive leadership and clear long-term career development. Australian working rights and local experience are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within the Australian commercial construction industry
• Experience working on medium to large-scale building projects
• Strong commercial awareness and contract administration skills
• Knowledge of procurement, variations, progress claims and cost reporting
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related discipline
• Demonstrated employment longevity and a stable career history
• Full Australian working rights

Responsibilities

• Managing subcontractor and supplier packages
• Preparing scopes of work and procurement documentation
• Assessing progress claims and processing payments
• Managing variations, contractual correspondence and cost reporting
• Monitoring project budgets, forecasts and commercial performance
• Assisting with head contract administration
• Maintaining accurate project records and documentation
• Supporting the successful delivery of projects from procurement through to completion
• Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients
