Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join the on-site management team at Forrest Centre in Perth. This role suits an experienced commercial property professional or a high‑performing residential manager with strong financial literacy aiming to move into the commercial sector.

Based on Level 14, you will collaborate with a four-person team, maintain service standards for tenants, and asset owners.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property management or a residential background with a desire to move into the commercial sector.
• Property or finance degree or strong accounting understanding.
• High enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, process accounts payable, and code vendor invoices accurately.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, monthly reporting, and financial projects.
• Maintain accurate tenancy schedules, property files, and key business metric reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to occupiers and maintain close communication with asset owners.
• Partner with field management staff and client accounting services to ensure compliance.
• Engage regularly with tenants to build strong rapport and identify upcoming operational needs.
• Support the planning and execution of building events.
