• No commercial PM experience required; transferable background accepted.
• WA Real Estate Licence or Registration held or in progress.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
• Organised and able to manage competing priorities with clear communication.

Responsabilités

• Support the management of a mixed commercial and retail portfolio, learning the full lifecycle of institutional property management.
• Build relationships with landlords, tenants, facilities managers, and external stakeholders under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist with lease administration, tenancy schedules, and critical date management.
• Support budget preparation, financial reporting, and outgoings reconciliations.
• Help coordinate property inspections, compliance obligations, and day-to-day asset administration.
• Contribute to rent review and lease renewal processes, gaining hands-on exposure to commercial negotiations.
