The role requires 2+ years in property management admin, strong customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively within a national team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial or retail property management administration (desirable) or move from residential property management.

Responsibilities

• Keep office areas tidy and presentable.
• Coordinate mail, couriers, banking, filing and archiving.
• Manage meeting rooms and visitor arrangements; assist with minutes.
