JLL Randwick is seeking a Building Manager to join the Property and Asset Management team to oversee a residential mixed-use development in Randwick. You will manage building operations, maintain resident relationships, conduct inspections, obtain quotes and arrange repairs.

The role requires experience in facilities and building management, contractor management and compliance, and strong communication and reporting skills; tertiary qualification in building management or trade background

• Demonstrated background in facilities and building management operations.
• Experience with contractor management, compliance, and WHS requirements.
• Experience managing owner and resident relationships.
• Qualifications from a trade or tertiary qualification in building management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage building operations for a residential mixed-use development.
• Maintain resident relationships and conduct regular inspections.
• Obtain quotes and arrange repairs of building services.
• Identify non-compliance or risk issues and escalate appropriately.
• Review and administer operational procedures to ensure service quality.
