Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Building Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a residential mixed-use development in Randwick, Sydney. You will manage building services, residents relationships, inspections, and coordinate repairs and quotes.

The role requires experience in facilities management, contractor oversight, and strong communication. A proactive, customer-service oriented approach and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in building management, facilities or property management.
• Strong knowledge of contractor management, compliance obligations and WHS requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including residents and contractors.
• Financial administration experience: budgeting, invoicing and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day building operations and facilities services for a residential mixed-use asset.
• Coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance, obtain quotes and arrange repairs.
• Review operational procedures to maintain high service quality for stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and updates, ensuring professional standard of communications.
