Avionics Limited in Botany, Sydney is seeking an experienced Accounts & Administration Support to join our Botany office. This on-site role covers accounts, payroll, compliance and HR administration with a hands-on, proactive approach.

The role requires 2+ years in a related field, strong attention to detail and reliable transport. Full-time on-site, 9:00am–5:00pm, with competitive salary based on experience.

Competenze

• 2+ years' experience in a similar accounts, finance or administration role.
• Experience with invoicing, reconciliations, payroll and timesheets.
• Strong communication, organisational and computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Accounting, bookkeeping or compliance experience valued.
• Damstra or similar workforce management system experience advantageous.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle essential.

Mansioni

• Accounts & Finance: Credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare progress claims and issue invoices.
• Assist with general finance administration, pricing and booking enquiries.
