Job summary

ZIMMERMANN, founded in Sydney, is seeking an Omnichannel Stock Coordinator for our Sydney CBD Boutique. You will manage omnichannel order flow, maintain stock presentation, and support a premium client experience across channels.

ZIMMERMANN is seeking a Omnichannel Stock Coordinator to join our Sydney CBD Boutique team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional client experiences, representing the ZIMMERMANN brand with confidence, care, and attention to detail.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about luxury fashion, thrives in a refined retail environment, and values building meaningful, long‑term relationships with clients. In this role, you will work closely with your team to achieve boutique goals, uphold impeccable presentation standards, and create memorable, personalised experiences that reflect the essence of ZIMMERMANN.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure omnichannel orders are processed in an accurate, efficient and organized manner in line with Zimmermann’s global vision.
• To ensure the stock room is organized in line with back of house brand standards, that prioritize efficiency for the wider team.
• High level of awareness of the store’s inventory and strong product knowledge.
• To effectively follow stock loss prevention policies to minimize in store stock loss and investigatediscrepancies.
• To ensure that a consistent high standard of Stock Presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directive.
• To promote and always uphold the non-negotiable standards of the work health and safety policies and procedures.
• To support the Leadership Team with new training of all new Team Members in Stock and Omnichannel processes.
